WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A 15-MINUTE CHAIR MASSAGE
During a 15-minute chair massage we focus on high tension areas such as neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands. You sit on an ergonomically designed portable massage chair facing forward, with your head in a face cradle. During chair massage you remain fully clothed - at most, you may be asked to remove your jacket or jewelry.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR CHAIR MASSAGE
An empty office or meeting room is ideal - though massage therapists are flexible and can work in a variety of locations to suit your facilities. Approximately a 5' x 6' work area is needed for the massage chair as well as the space to move around freely.
